Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

We at Brahma Crafts believe in helping our customers and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order but only before processing the order. Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the KSHDCL marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • In case of receipt of damaged items please report the same to our Customer Service team( The request will however be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop and market pottery that has passed our quality checks every day and has thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 (Seven) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds will be processed within 30 days period. 

All the product representations by way of Images, Videos, Text or any other medium on our website – is our best endeavor to create a very close representation of the real product. But still, this might not match the touch and feel the experience in a brick and mortar store. 

If you feel that the product that you received didn't match your expectations, we offer a generous 30-day return policy. After the expiry of the 30 day period, all purchases are final and no product returns will be accepted. 

We request you to follow the following procedure in case of any dissatisfaction:
  • Send us an email at with the details of your order AND reason for return.
  • Make sure the product is in its original packaging.
  • Please ensure that the product is insured against damage. In case we receive damaged products. It would be difficult for to process your refunds request.
  • All return expenses and fees will have to be borne by the customer.
  • We will either
    (a). give you a replacement by another piece of the same product
    (b). in case the product is not available we will send you a gift voucher for the amount of the product redeemable at your next purchase at
We DON’T accept returns on products which have been used or personalized or customized.
In case of in-transit damage before you receive, at the time of delivery make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill.
Cancel/ Modify order
By the Customer:
To cancel or to modify an order, please send us an email at Please include your order number, the products ordered along with desired quantities, your name, your shipping and billing address, and your phone number (including area code). If you have our order confirmation email handy, all you need to do is forward it to us, since all the information we need will be in the email. 

Please note that the order can be canceled or modified only if it has not already been shipped by Brahma Crafts. 

Brahma Crafts reserves the right to cancel an order before it has been shipped if one or more of the following conditions apply:
  • The billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the credit card's issuing bank.
  • The credit card is declined for any reason, by our credit card verification service. Please note that the issuance of an order number or the receipt of a confirmation email does not serve as a guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. No order is final till your credit card transaction is verified.
  • In case of an unforeseen circumstance, we might have to cancel your order or ship it at a later date. In such a circumstance, we will let you know through your email registered with us. In case we cancel the order before your card was charged, there will be no refunds made. However, if the order got canceled after your card was charged, we will either
  • (a). Refund the full value of the product
    (b). Send you a gift voucher for the amount of the product good for your next purchase at
Invalid Reasons:
Buyer no longer wants the items- this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value & products. The buyer should make sure that he/she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not alter. After the order is submitted the buyer enters into a highly legal contract with the seller to purchase all the items in that order.
